Let’s crack into Whiskey No. 1 👇
Whiskey No. 1 — Clan Colla 7 Year-Old — 46% ABV

About the Distillery
Clan Colla comes from Ahascragh Distillery, a family-led project known for sourcing exceptional spirit while their own distillery comes to life. The Clan Colla releases have quickly earned attention for their balance, quality casks, and modern Irish character.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet molasses, tropical fruits and hints of oak.
Palate: Rich caramel, coconut and a touch of spice from the rum cask.

Whiskey No. 2 — Bushmills 10 Year-Old — 40% ABV
About the Distillery
From the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery (dating back to 1608), Bushmills is famous for its smooth, fruit-led single malts. The 10 Year-Old has become a modern classic — an easygoing, approachable malt perfect for all palates.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet vanilla, honey and ripe fruits.
Palate: Milk chocolate, honey and gentle spice.
Finish: Crisp and clean with subtle vanilla and almond sweetness.
Why we love it:
An iconic single malt — friendly, forgiving, and consistently delicious. One that converts new whiskey drinkers every day.
Whiskey No. 3 — Powers John’s Lane 12 Year-Old — 46% ABV
About the Distillery
Powers is one of Ireland’s most storied whiskey houses, and John’s Lane is widely regarded as a benchmark for the single pot still style. Rooted in the traditions of Dublin’s old distilling era, it delivers richness, spice, and real depth in every sip. Powers was the last of the great Dublin distilleries to close in the 1970s, and you can still see the original pot stills on the grounds of what is now the NCAD campus. Thankfully, the Powers name — and its unmistakable whiskey — lived on, and today it’s crafted at the world-class Midleton Distillery in Cork.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Toasted oak, dark fruits and spices.
Palate: Full-bodied with dried fruit, chocolate and honey.
Finish: Long and rich with lingering spices and woodiness.
Why we love it:
A punchy, signature pot still whiskey — big flavour, big character, and a real sense of heritage.
