Get your glass ready — let’s dive in.
Green Spot – Single Pot Still – 40% ABV

About the Brand
A true Irish classic, Green Spot is one of Ireland’s last remaining bonded whiskeys — a tradition where independent wine merchants matured and bottled whiskey under their own labels. Today, it’s produced at the world-renowned Midleton Distillery, but it carries the historic DNA of the Mitchell family, who first created the “Spot” range in the late 1800s. Creamy, fruity, and unmistakably Irish, it’s a beloved classic with deep roots in Dublin’s whiskey past.
Tasting Notes

Palate: Honey, green apple, vanilla, nutmeg
Finish: Long and mellow with gentle sweetness and subtle spice
Why We Love It
It’s tradition in a glass — silky, bright, and full of personality. A perfect introduction to the pot still style.
Tyrconnell 10-Year-Old Madeira Cask – Single Malt – 46% ABV

About the Distillery
Tyrconnell is produced at the Cooley Distillery in County Louth — a distillery celebrated for reviving the tradition of independent Irish single malts. Named after a famous champion racehorse, Tyrconnell’s hallmark is its elegance and balance. Their cask-finished series has earned worldwide attention for showcasing how secondary maturation can add sophistication and real flavour depth.
