Your Month 6 Tasting Pack

Three outstanding Irish whiskeys — spanning innovation, heritage, and modern craft.

This month’s selection brings together three unique styles: an award-winning single grain, a bold and characterful pot still, and an exciting new release from one of Ireland’s most historic distilleries.
It’s a journey through sweetness, spice, depth — and the evolution of Irish whiskey itself.

Let’s pour and explore 👇

🥃 The Whistler Mosaic Single Grain — 46% ABV

A vibrant, fruit-forward single grain from Boann Distillery, makers of the award-winning Whistler range. This whiskey earned global recognition when the Whistler series won World’s Best Grain at the 2022 World Whiskies Awards — putting Irish single grain firmly on the world stage.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Ripe mango, vanilla cream, honeyed oak
Palate: Tropical fruit salad, sweet caramel, gentle spice
Finish: Soft and oily with lingering vanilla sweetness

About the Brand / Distillery:

Boann Distillery (Co. Meath) is one of Ireland’s most innovative new producers. Known for state-of-the-art stills, ambitious cask programmes, and a strong focus on flavour, the distillery has quickly earned global attention. The Whistler range showcases creativity, sweetness, and expressive cask influence — often pushing boundaries within the category.

Why We Love It:

Bright, tropical, and incredibly easy to enjoy, this whiskey is a perfect opener. Its award heritage shines through in its balance and fruit-driven character.

🥃 Drumshanbo Single Pot Still — 43% ABV

A modern pot still whiskey from The Shed Distillery, creators of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin and one of Ireland’s most characterful craft distilleries. This whiskey showcases the signature creamy texture and spicy complexity of Ireland’s native style.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Spiced pear, clove, vanilla
Palate: Rich and creamy with toffee, ginger, and baking spice
Finish: Warm, lingering, and gently peppery with oak depth

About the Distillery:

The Shed Distillery (Co. Leitrim) has built its reputation on quality, experimentation, and small-batch craftsmanship. Their pot still whiskey is distilled using traditional methods and matured onsite, giving it a bold, textured profile. The distillery is known for marrying old Irish techniques with modern innovation — and for producing whiskeys with real personality.

Why We Love It:

It’s expressive and full of character — creamy, spicy, and beautifully layered. A perfect bridge between the fruity grain and the richer single malt that follows.

🥃 Bushmills 14-Year-Old Single Malt — 40% ABV

A new and exciting addition to the iconic Bushmills lineup. Aged in bourbon casks and finished in Malaga wine casks, this release brings a fresh dimension to the Bushmills style — elegant sweetness, refined fruit, and soft sherry-like richness.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Dried fruit, almond, sherry richness
Palate: Smooth toffee, orange zest, light oak tannin
Finish: Long, refined, and beautifully balanced with sweet sherry

About the Distillery:

Their spirit is known for its purity, triple distillation, and characteristic fruitiness. This 14-year-old release reflects Bushmills’ new wave of innovation — expanding their cask range and offering fresh expressions for whiskey lovers.

Why We Love It:

It’s polished, elegant, and wonderfully balanced. As a new release, it offers subscribers something rare and special — early access to a whiskey that represents Bushmills’ future direction.
